Angel-investors.co.uk provides no physical product that can be returned to us for resale, therefore we do not offer redunds for normal service. We try to keep all costs to a minimum in order to bring you an excellent value service.

In case of a problem

Of course, if there is a problem with the system we will investigate and attempt to fix the problem as quickly as we can. In the event of a system problem please send us as much information about the problem as you can, including:

• A description of the problem
• Any emails or communications that you have received from ourselves or paypoint
• Copies of any error messages that appeared
• A description of any information that you were trying to submit
• A list of any payment references as provided by paypoint
